.about me.

I am both enraptured and disgusted by Abercrombie. I like Sundays. I am a hypocrite. I am not always 100% honest. I have the tendency to procrastinate. I wish my metabolism was 50x faster. I read books and sometimes I wish the characters were real. I love when I read something really profound, and sometimes feel compelled to write it down, so as never to forget a word of it. I'm not perfect, but I'm a pretty nice person. I am pro-choice. I support love in general. I don't like conflict--wars, analyzing it in books, dealing with it in life, any kind--unless it fuels a good storyline on a show. I am agnostic, I think. I believe in true love. I also believe in Greek mythology. My greatest hope in life is to be happy.

I want to be a lawyer.

I have big dreams that are kept at bay because of my dilatory nature. Still, I try. Sometimes. I'm a believer of "working smart". I don't work hard, I work efficiently.

I think hand-holding is more intimate than a lot of other things, especially in these times.

I have read many books that have influenced my life, and the way I look at the world, significantly. My life can be defined by the books I have read, the books I wanted to read, and the books I am reading. As a little girl, Jane Eyre changed my life. It opened my eyes to the world of the classics, and I devoured the Great Illustrated Classics series. Little Women was the first book I read multiple times, followed by Pride and Prejudice. The first Harry Potter book I read was Goblet of Fire, large print (very obnoxious) edition. My dirty streak started early with the Georgia Nicholson series, and worked its way up to books like Average American Male and authors like Henry Miller. Lovely Bones lives up to every single one of its positive reviews. Sloppy Firsts was insanely easy to relate to and has a special place in my heart. God Shaped Hole contained one of the most beautiful love stories I have ever read. David Levithan is able to articulate things I've always dreamed of being able to express, all with the eloquence I have always hoped to acquire...

I could never fully explain my reading history. It's very extensive.

Anonymity intrigues me. The beauty of the unknown, the power of it, it's all amazing.

I love all of the seasons, each for their own reason. The crispness of fall, the romanticism of winter, the blessings of spring, and the sultry nights of summer.

Black and white is so seductive.
